Kev Tiv Thaiv Kev Tiv Thaiv Rau Forklift Lithium roj teeb hauv kev siv txhua hnub

Forklift lithium roj teeb yog lub zog ceev, cov pa roj carbon tsawg uas muab lub zog ruaj khov thiab txhim khu kev qha rau forklifts. Txhawm rau ua kom lub cev ua haujlwm ntawm cov roj teeb lithium thiab txuas ntxiv lawv lub neej kev pabcuam, cov hauv qab no yog qee qhov kev ceev faj rau forklift lithium roj teeb:
1. Kev tswj kev them nqi
Siv cov khoom siv them nqi tsim nyog: Xyuas kom siv lub charger sib xws nrog lithium roj teeb thiab ua raws li cov chaw tsim khoom cov lus pom zoo thiab cov lus qhia.
Tswj kev them nyiaj kub: Tsis txhob them rau qhov kub thiab txias thiab xyuas kom meej tias qhov kub thiab txias thaum lub sij hawm them nqi yog nyob rau hauv qhov tsim nyog.
Ua raws li cov txheej txheem them nqi kom raug: Siv hom kev them nqi kom raug thiab lub tswv yim, xws li kev them nyiaj tam sim no thiab kev them nqi hluav taws xob tas li, kom ntseeg tau tias lub roj teeb tau them tag nrho thiab tsis them ntau dhau.
2. Kev tswj qhov kub thiab txias
Tsis txhob overheating thiab undercooling: Lithium roj teeb yog kub rhiab heev thiab yuav tsum tau zam kom tsis txhob raug kub los yog kub ib puag ncig tiv thaiv kev ua tau zoo ntawm roj teeb.
Ua tib zoo saib xyuas qhov cua thiab cua kub dissipation: xyuas kom meej tias qhov chaw teeb tsa ntawm lub forklift lithium roj teeb muaj qhov cua zoo los pab kom cov cua sov thiab tswj qhov kub kom haum.
3. Kev saib xyuas tsis tu ncua
Ntxuav lub ntsej muag ntawm lub roj teeb: ntxuav lub ntsej muag ntawm lub lithium roj teeb kom tsis tu ncua kom tsis txhob muaj plua plav, khib nyiab, thiab lwm yam, uas yuav cuam tshuam rau cov cua kub dissipation thiab kev ua haujlwm zoo.
Xyuas cov connectors thiab cables: Xyuas cov kev mob ntawm cov roj teeb connectors thiab cables kom paub tseeb tias lawv ruaj ntseg txuas thiab tsis puas los yog corroded.
Saib xyuas lub roj teeb kev noj qab haus huv: ua tib zoo saib xyuas kev noj qab haus huv ntawm cov roj teeb lithium, thiab qhia tam sim lossis hloov qhov txawv txav (xws li kub dhau, o, thiab lwm yam).
4. Ceev faj rau kev siv
Tsis txhob tso tawm ntau dhau thiab them nyiaj ntau dhau: Tsis txhob tso tawm lossis tshaj cov roj teeb lithium kom ntev lawv lub neej kev pab.
Ua raws li cov txheej txheem kev khiav hauj lwm kom raug: Thaum siv lub forklift, ua raws li cov txheej txheem kev khiav hauj lwm thiab cov kev qhia tshwj xeeb kom txo tau kev puas tsuaj rau cov roj teeb lithium.
5. Cia thiab tuav
Kev xaiv ib puag ncig kev cia khoom: Yog tias cov roj teeb lithium yuav tsum tau khaws cia lossis tsis siv sijhawm ntev, lawv yuav tsum muab cia rau hauv qhov chaw qhuav, qhov cua zoo, thiab qhov chaw sov. Tsis txhob raug rau qhov kub thiab txias, av noo, lossis qhov chaw ntub dej.
Kev tuav thiab kev teeb tsa: Siv cov cuab yeej tshaj lij thiab txoj hauv kev los tuav thiab txhim kho cov roj teeb lithium kom tsis txhob muaj kev sib tsoo, te, lossis luv luv.
